The place is very cosy, not too big, only four rooms. There are cute recycled design objects in the interior. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

nice people, fairly close to center of town and very close to trailheads. double bed is really comfortable, shower/bathroom is clean

A very warm welcome facility. The manager, michelle and "owner" yoash, were very helpful and great people. The smallish currenty facilty is now expanded to a second nearby location, also sitting right on the edge of the Machtesh. More people should add this spot to their Israel itinerary.

I've seldom felt so comfortable and at home in a place. Just like visiting friends in a little house in a town at the edge of the desert. Admittedly not much to do in the town - but get into the desert, it's beautiful and safe!

Great place to say. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the hostel had tons of character. Couldn't ask for more.

A home as a backpackers. I quite liked it. A nice patio on the back and fresh mint for tea, just outside. For Mitzpe Ramon and hiking around there, it is good to have a car. There are also possibilities to get around with a bus, in this case you`ll get good help at the hostel.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed in so far. Had a great time, and it's very likely that I will come back. I will of course recommend this hostel to everyone that's heading to Mitzpe :-)

Staying at the Green Backpackers is like staying in you own appartment with flatmates!!! You really fill like been at home!!! Cosy, full of charm, this hostel also have the best hostel bed I never slept in! The owners are also great people who give the best advice ever! Going to Mitzpe Ramon and at Green Backpackers is a must to do when you'r travelling in Israel!
