The view of the sea from the Green Lizard is unbelievable - cooking during sunset in the outside kitchen was an experience in itself. A lot of young people to socialise with which is expected with the Island's party reputation. Really cool place to hang out with hammocks and bean bags. Bathroom and bedroom - standard expected from a hostel and clean. Only thing I didn't like having to give staff member my passport because she didn't know outstanding balance that I was to pay.

We booked a dorm as we wanted to meet other travellers, however, we were put in the twin room. We felt a bit separated from the rest of the hostel as we were in an upstairs block cut off from all the fun downstairs! If we were downstairs we would have loved the hostel even more! Nice relaxing area with sociable outdoor kitchen, hammock and beanbag area. Slightly expensive at 20 euro pppn, but this is the average on Hvar.

One of the few hostels in the city. Good quality/price ratio for this city, but rather outlying (5-10 min from the center) and sloping to reach the place.

A very sociable hostel. The view from the terrace is beautiful and for this reason the terrace is somewhat of a social hub in the evenings. Very friendly staff, especially Yasmina who works very hard to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay. All in all, a great hostel which is why i extended my stay by 4 nights. Enjoy

Met some great people here but we were all kicked out of the common area come 11, again from someone's private room an hour later, And sent to bed when we returned and were chatting outside later. Comfy beds, shower didn't have a shower curtain which was fun.. Good outside areas, loved the bean bags.

Loved it here! The hostel had great character! The restrooms are cleaned regularly, and the rooms are decent. The view is pretty great, and at night, everyone hangs out on the terrace. Because it's in a residential area, there is a no-noise rule at midnight, but the entire hostel goes out together around then. Internet was pretty patchy, but generally we found this to be the case in most places in Croatia.
