There never seemed to be anyone in charge of the hostel present, we weren't sure that the people we spoke with at the hostel were staff or guests who were asked to cover for a few minutes while the staff was gone... it was confusing and not welcoming.

Wow! What an amazing place. In every way possible. Having travelled the world, it's up the top of the list; there isn't quite anywhere like it! With the plants and staffs energy it made our stay unbelievably comfy! Staff are soooooooo hospitable and easy on the eye too! The manager is great for everything and the female staff, are good to have around too! Loved every minute ! T

I booked for a 6 people mixed dorm as it appear in the booking options but that´s not true it´s a 10 mixed dorm and this 10 people have to share one bathroom. They say there´s breakfast but is just instant coffee & fruit they put it the kitchen about 10am or later so if you want to grab something earlier forget it. There´s no key for the main door so you have to knock every time you arrive for someone to open . I was there in peak season and it seemed expensive to me for what they offer

The dorms are connected meaning you actually have a 12 dorm and people walk through all the time. Everything is open and no door can be locked. Common area is nice and space and so is the kitchen corner. There is a pool but not really space to hang out. Close to main street an bus to cancun airport

Booked a room as advertised but turns out the room was not as expected. It was advertised as 4-beds private room, and it was a 10-beds dorm with only 1 bathroom to be shared amongst other guests. The hostel condition is very poor and disgusting. Bathroom is filthy, lots of grime on the tiles, some urine on the toilet bowl and I had to flush it numerous times. This place is like a boys' hang out space, I don't feel safe or comfortable at all being a female staying here. I checked out within 2 hrs
