The Groove is located in the very heart of the city in what is probably the nicest area for travellers and locals alike. Our house and the theatre next door are both protected national monuments and offical parts of Hungary's national cultural heritage.
We are just 3 blocks from Nyugati train station, the center of public and long distance transportation and 2 blocks from the Danube river. You are no more than a 10-minute walk from anywhere you may want to go including the main tourist attractions such as the Parliament, the Basilica or Margaret Island, as well as great nightlife and shopping areas plus some hidden treasures of the city that only we can tell you about...
Our building features a 24h-pub and one of our favorite cinemas in town screening international movies with original sound, with a non-stop restaurant just across the street and 3 grocery stores and a dozen cafes and bars within 2 blocks.
Be careful, a stay at The Groove is so pleasant you will not want to leave!
