The issues were noise and atmosphere. Firstly the air conditioner did not work and it was a hot night on New Year's Day. This made it a stuffy night with the windows open and Glebe Rd traffic noise. The other issue was the swimming pool. You expect noise on New Year's Eve at 11.30pm but the staff did not close the pool at 9pm as listed (correct me if it's later but 1130pm seems unreasonable regardless) Also the doors and walls don't adequately block other room and passage noise.

From picture on website it seems more nice but in general is good staying because it is in a very good position of the city. You can find all services in front of the hotel.
