Let me start off by saying that I found this hostel and booked it for 3 nights in January 2012. My card was charged the 10% deposit, etc. So it was to my surprise when I showed up to the hostel and was ringing and ringing the doorbell that THE HOSTEL WAS CLOSED FOR THE WINTER. Now at 8pm this is very inconvenient, and I had to make other arrangements. Still weeks later, and several messages to hostelworld.com I have NOT received my refund for the money charged to my credit card. Dissapointed!!!!
