Great hostel. Nice facilities and met a bunch of very nice people there. I definitely would have given this place 100% had it not been for the computers you had to pay to use (it was expensive too). Nice kitchen area with fridges and freezers, as well as a nice breakfast. Free earplugs too at the front desk. I would also like to thank all the travelers who I met there that made my stay in Barcelona a great one.

We loved staying at the Hipstel. The staff is helpful and fun, and the venue has a great atmosphere and friendly guests. We will definitely recommend the Hipstel to our friends!

Everything was very clean, well located. The double room was much more smallar, did not accpeted like that and the room was in front of main enterence doors. Could not sleep at nights, because of very loud noise opening and closing doors :((((

Very nice Hostel, we had a pleasant stay there. The only bad thing is that we didn't see any activities organized by the Hostel.

From my point of view, the biggest disappointment was s poor-equipped, small kitchen. If you would like to prepare your meals by yourself rather that spending extra money for dining in bars/restaurants, be prepare there's no oven to e.g. put a pizza in.

Cheap, cool, clean and with nice people! This hostel is very very well located and offers beds for good prices. Also, you can chill out in the common areas, you don't have to be in your room all the time. The kitchen and dinner room are big enough to cook a good meal and have nice and relaxed conversation with other people.

Very nice hostel to stay. Central location in the middle of busy shopping streets, close to the centre. nice breakfast. cool people working in the hostel explaining you everything. They even put together a book of the best spots in BCN. I would highly recommend this place.

Very fancy place. If it wasn't for the common area, kitchen and shared rooms I would have thought this was a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Watch your head when you enter as the door towards the street is not very tall.

I enjoyed my stay there, however I did have a few complaints. One of the vending machines was out of order, so only one worked, and that one ran out of water for a few days, which was very frustrating because we were told not to drink the tap water. Also, the sheets we were given did not seem clean. I stayed with 5 other people and we all found other's hair on our sheets immediately after receiving them. Same with the blanket. Lastly, we were promised free wifi, however it rarely if ever worked.

I can honestly say it was the best hostel i have ever been. Especially i liked the location and staff. It is located in centre and Staff was amazingly helpful, friendly, nice and kind. we checked out in the morning and We missed our flight and returned the hostel and they let us to spend time there and we spent nearly all day there without asking for money or anything. and we met with people in the saloon. Also Breakfast was the best ever !! I extremely recommend u to stay there..

This hostel really lives up to its name! It is super hip, and full of hipsters! The location is fairly central, but a bit further from the water and La Ramblas than I would have liked. The internet didn't work well outside of the lobby. I loved the atmosphere and met so many people in the huge common area. Breakfast was a nice addition. I would stay again!

The location is excelent, but there are 2 bad things about the hostel: 1) they don't turn on the heater even after I complain about that. The room was really cold inside and not only mine - I talked to other guests. 2) If you don't wake up early to get the breakfast is possible not having any more cheese/butter/bread left - and yourself have to clean the dishes.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly and the set up is lovely. The hostel is in an apartment block and they've decorated it really well. They had a decent (if not overly exciting) breakfast and a fairly good kitchen for guest use. The rooms were pretty spacious and beds were comfortable. The showers (while themselves cubicles) had communal dressing spaces but there was a female only bathroom so no problems there. Overall we had a really great time, good location, good hostel.

My room was bright and big with friendly people to share. The common areas are also big, clean and cozy. I really recomend this hostel because is by far the cleanest I ever stay, also the location is very good, you don't need to take any public metro or bus because you can walk to all the main points in the city to visit. The only thing I didn't like is the hostel ask for 2€ for the key but in the check out they give you back the money.
