An okay location, but in comparison to a lot of other hostels I found this one to be rather basic and not very friendly. The PC was very temperemental and so thankfully I wasn't charged for this. The dormitory was like a prison block with a row of bunks along the middle of the room (with separate bathrooms adjoining the dorm, so not a lot of privacy). The beds were not very comfy and the whole feel of the hostel just did not provide a good vibe.
Very good location 4 minutes walk from La Rambla and the port. Great value for money!
Clean, modern look, decent location & safe area. We appreciated the luggage storage facility.
this hostel is cozy enough for me, not to big thats make you will know the guest each other. the room not too much, but it's OK. the kitchen is too small to cooks at the same time with others. the staff is kind. and i would like to say thanks to a receptionist man, who still let us cook for dinner, eventhough we have already check out in the morning. and location is near with some landmark of Barcelonad
I only stayed there for one night, so I did not really get the chance to use all the facilities and to get to know all the people who stayed in there, but at least I was able to have a nice couple of hours with my room-mates. It was fun and they were all friendly. The staff was also very easy going and friendly. The location was perfect for me. Not to far away from Las Ramblas nor to the beach, so I could just walk wherever I wanted to. I would defenitely go there again =)

it is a nice hostel, good location, the staff could be a bit friendlier. very clean and basically worth the money. would go there again.
Very nice place. Fiendly people and there´s a nice terrace where you can smoke and have a beer till 11pm. The thing that puzzled me a bit was how come on the second floor(20 people) there´s only one toilet and bathroom for gents and ladies. 4 days there and no queue or anything but still....Keep up the good work. I´ll be back :D
This is not really a youth hostel, tourist/backpacking type hostel. There were many people staying there that seemed to be resident Catalonians or there for a long-term stay. This is fine except for the rooms are 18 bed rooms for the most part, and some of the long-term residents have problems with people coming in late, being excessively loud, not speaking Spanish/Catalonian, etc. A problem when Barcelona's nightlife runs so late.
