Extremely helpful staff, big and healthy breakfast, amazing swimming pool; we definitely felt more like if we were in a hotel. It's easy to get to the city centre and to the waterfalls as well as it's pretty much half way between the two. I'd definitely go back.

Great space but we weren't able to drink our own wine and the kitchen doesn't have much to cook nor eat with. Pans with no handles, no spoons bowls or cutlery. We also had no hot water in our shower and had to walk to the main building to take our showers.

Nice and big open spaces but the pillows and mattresses were very mouldy. This can lead to severe health problems. The kitchen has very poor facilities.

Good hostel, quite big with lots of rooms. Rooms are small but sufficient. When I was there the hostel was quite empty so not a lot to do. The staff is friendly, if not particularly well informed about the waterfalls and how to get there. Really good restaurant service, with tasteful, not to expensive food all day long. There is a swimming pool, although it didn't look to clean to me.

a great location but slightly over-priced. We found the staff to give minimal, and often conflicting information and not to be outwardly helpful. Very clean and picturesque, great location.

Really liked the pool :) Emilio is a really friendly guy and helps you all the time, like everybody from the staff. Everybody speaks english. Great stuff. Breakfast is good but I would¨t take the offers like "6 empanadas and 1 beer" or "all you can eat buffet" its not really tasty. better cook by yourself or have dinner at the city

at first I wasn't sure how easy it would be to talk with other people because it seemed very large when I first saw it, but it was actually a really good size! It was a nice environment and a beautiful setting which was basically located in between the center of town and the falls.

Really nice place, in terms of the facility. Huge pool, huge common space, good happy hour and nice extra bbq during our stay. Kitchen didn't have much, though, and the staff was rude and very unknowledgeable. They failed to deliver a message from a friend who had checked in, and failed to even realize that they had checked her in! They knew nothing about getting to Brazil, either, so I had to figure it out on my own. Still, a nice place to chill out for a day or two.

Kitchen could be better a lot better equipped, and its annoying that breakfast ending and checking out (10am) coincide and are so early. But otherwise good hostel! Epic pool, TV room and good hanging out areas.

1) Booking system ask us to confirm booking 48 hours before arriving, even if booking is done and partial payed. But hostel staff didn't answer e-mails that we send to re-confirm booking. I've sent four messages before get an answer from them. They have serious problems in answer e-mails. 2) Breakfest is ok, but coffee is terrible.

This hostel is run like a franchise. I got a well rehearsed response to questions, within well defined parameters it would seem, and stock answers to anything outside that beginning with as \"we can only etc etc\". It was more like having a conversation with a bank official. That said a lot of people like MacDonalds, it just doesnt work for me.Less of the rigid, preprogrammed speil would be a good start.

Plus: This hostel offers a lot for the money you pay: a nice pool, an inviting lobby/common room, transfers to the falls and great (cheap) food in the evenings. It is not directly in the city centre which makes it very quiet and relaxing. So: GREAT LOCATION AND FACILITIES. Minus: The staff were rather slow and partly unreliable. There was MOULD on our mattresses and on some of the cushins.

great place! feels like a resort not a hostel! Best pool i've ever seen at a hostel. Very nice staff, clean... breakfast won't win any awards but was fine.

This hostel is out of town so u will need a bus to take you to town which is a hassle. The hostel is like a complex/resort so they like to keep you on the premises e.g. Book tours with them, eat there, drink there.

Very good hostel, everything runs smoothly. But very inpersonal and the spaces are too big so you never meet people. The rooms should be divided into, bar, kitchen etc.

The facilities of this hostel were great. You could order food and drink and in the evening there were activities. Pool was lovely the only problem was that you would get blue if you touched anything except for the water, and it wasn't easy to get off. The other problem was that in my room at 7 in the morning they started cleaning upstairs and after that at 7.15 they would do something with the lawn and a blower that made a lot of noise and they didn't do anything about it. But in general good.
