toilet in the room dìdn't work. Nobody is responsible if there is a problem; Kitchen: If you try to order something the staff is telling you that you should come again in half an hour, you are not allowed to order now;Paying: Most of the time they have no change or gíve you for instance reales instead of pesos even if you don't need them; the waiter once didn't give us something to drink because we had just big money

1. Wifi is extremely poor, there are many people using it and there is no way you can Skype. 2. The rooms have a SINGLE power outlet, it uses for the air condition. 3. Iguaçu falls is extremely hot place, they dont have air conditioning in the lobby, nor fans. It is quite a nightmare. In the rooms, the air conditioning is very weak, and you sometimes have no choice to charge your camera or phone instead (since only 1 power outlet) 4. No hot water sometimes. My opinion aboutthis hostel:the worst

Has great potential... Just need more staff and better system on reception and tour desk as there is always a loooong wait , I realise,it's tranquilo but waiting an hour sometime is crazy ! Would make more money too with more efficient service.... Lots of great points as the pool is wonderful and a great meeting point !

Overall I felt safe, and thought that the location was excellent. Some serious improvement to the administrative process to facilitate a faster check-in/out procedure is much needed, and would generate better comments from guests I would imagine. Having the concierge desk open practically all day was fantastic.

Great service, great value and beautiful, clean rooms. Only down was that the Saturday night party was very loud and very late. Our room was near the DJ and we needed an early Sunday am start so we wished the music ended sooner.

Overall an excellent hostel to access the falls with everythng you need to enjoy yourself while you aren't. Amazing pool and facilities with a major exception of the kitchen which is beyond inadequate, dirty and disgraceful. The location results in frequent power outages, and they have no backup method of working check-in/out and arrangements. We waited over 6 hours after check-in to get into our room. The staff were at times less than accomodating and on a few occisions rude.

Really beautiful hostel. The pool is outstanding and rooms are kept pretty clean. The kitchen was the worst I've seen at any hostel. It was so small, none of the burners worked, and it was such a cluster from 7pm-11pm. If you don't cook this hostel is for you. My other complaint is that the staff could've been nicer. They seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Finally, I wish the pool was a little bit more rowdy. It was pleasant but it could have been special.

Generally positive but a few negative points: 1. the music was very loud and went on very late (1.00 a.m.) This isn't great if you have to make an early start ! 2. you never had any change - a problem for all of Argentina I know, but you should make more effort to have enough change for your guests. 3. the reception was a bit disorganised. For example, I couldn't become a member of HI when I was there because the staff couldn't find the correct pen to write on the membership cards!

The staff were very unfriendly. Seemed disinterested all the time. Took half an hour to check in. Bathrooms weren't too clean

This hostel was very nice when you consider the people that stay there and the general atmosphere. However at least twice daily the power would go out, often while people were cooking. Expect to wait 1 hour to check in. But there are loads of activities and fun times. If you do have a problem don't bother because the manager is anything but nice. She has the worst people skills. Good place that could be great

The staff are utterly clueless in how to deal with busy environments and are not trained well on looking out for customers well being and general happiness. When confronted by an annyoed customer about many things including theyr ability to watch the take and "hit" and do nothing about it a common phrase used was "dont get angry at me i just work here". Either improve training or sack a few! Nice place has great potential. There are 2 exceptions who are gd staff and keep the place together

Very relaxed staff, great milanesas :) and a very sweet place to relax before and after visiting the impressive falls :) The pool is great! And the bar just beside it has some nice cocktails and beers. Just 10 minutes out of town and many opportunities to meet other travellers. Rooms have airco which is wonderful! Definitely recommend this place to all who need some refreshment in this hot climate and look for a fun time :)

The only positive aspects of this hostel were the outdoor party facilities and swimming pool area. It is great for someone that wants to party, and party only. The rest was bad... staff had no idea about anything, very unorganized, extremely loud until late night, it is a very big hostel with no character at all. Their system was down when we were there so they were people waiting until from 5am until 8 pm to get a room. Apparently there system is down constantly. I would not come back here.

I spent 2 days in this hostel, it was really nice, in swimming pool you can indeed swim and not only sit with a drink, doors in rooms were locked. Location was good, colloectivo to the park and town was convenient, I liked it!

The rooms we had were disturbed at night by the thumping bass of the disco. One of the rooms had a terrible musty (humid) smell. Other than this, it was a fine experience.
