The hostel itself is good - room was basic but fine, pool is amazing, communal areas are good. Staff could probably do with a few lessons in customer service though. Great base for a few days.

bed was not the best, pillow was falling apart. it's not near any stores or anything, but if you don't need to buy things (the hostel does have a bar/restaurant for food) it shouldn't matter. easy to catch the bus that goes to the nat´l park, REALLY enjoyed the pool! perfect after walking around and sweating all day.

We were shocked about the rudeness, the impoliteness and the laziness of the boy taking care of the tourist information in your hotel at Iguazu. Most of his information was wrong (wrong prizes, wrong times, etc). Also his preferences for some clients and the disinterest to others was shocking to experience. Also his interest in his 'own' business he started with the taxi-drivers which (for sure) is more lucrative then advising tourist about local buses!

Nice hostel! One of the not good thing is, place. It's center of the highway road.

Issue with our room on arrival but was eventually sorted. Staff are rude with the exception of the guy that looks after the tour desk. Does a handy service to the falls by using the taxi service that is on site. The local bus stops right outside and is 3 pesos to town. Taxis range from 20 to 40 depending on where to are coming from. Bus terminal being the most expensive. But from what I've heard, it's actually one of the best hostels in Iguazu. The pool is very nice.

Very good common area facilities including a very nice pool! Room felt a bit neglected compared to common area, shower had strong bad smell. Overall very nice and good value for money.

First impressions, due to advertising was that we were going to a party hostel, this was not the case. The atmosphere was dull and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. One worded answers and any questions seemed a burden to them. The pool and grounds were lovely but this is just a facade. Location is good and the food was nice. The free breakfast however was bread, bread & bread with disposable cutlery and chipped cups. Far to big for a hostel and this place thinks its better than it is!

The location is very far from the center your need a taxi or a bus. the rates are much higher then on net. Staff are unwilling to help. The hostel dosent allow bring in alcohol but charge you double the price if you buy it from them. the kitchen was dirty and the facilties(sink and oven) didnt work. the first room we got the toilet overflouded. the second room had a problem with the door lock so we got out of the window!!??

I liked the hostel but they need to work a bit on their staff attention. I was about to loose my flight coz I slept in and they didnt any receptionist at front desk to call me a taxi or even to make check out!! Also, in addiction to this, during my staying, I tried to take a bike tour and nobody helped me with information, It´s like they are too lazy or hate when you go to them with questions. About cleanliness, they dont change your sheets, so be ready to keep them til the end of your trip.

I liked my stay at your hostel! However, the bungalow in which we stayed, had a permanent stench in it and during the night it got unbearably hot, which was because the AC didn't work (room 3B). I would recommend you to fix the AC and maybe fix the beds, because you weren't able to get on top over the ladder, which was completely loose. Generally I loved my stay, the pool is amazing and the food was always good. Cheers!

My friend Israel Silva suggested I try Hostel Inn & WOW was I impressed. After traveling 6 months around South America, I didn`t expect to come across a resort at hostel prices, but that`s what it is. The night I arrived there was both a huge bbq & samba classes - so much fun. The dorm room with ensuite was clean & set back from the main area so it didn`t get too noisy. The pool is HUGE & it`s so relaxing to feel like you`re on a 5 star holiday for a few days. I highly recommend this hostel.

the communal areas are great, really spacious but the dorm rooms are pretty small and the bed linen is of a tired and poor quality as are the beds and pillows. The internet connection is atrocious. A very average hostal.

More of a hotel then a hostel but dont let that put you off. Still easy to meet people as you experiance the falls together. Taking a dip in the pool after a long day hiking isn't a bad thing either.

This is not a partyhostel. But it is nice, with a pool... the kitchen in DISGUSTING! Wifi only in one little spot, and often doesnt work. Hostel is a bit out of the centrum, but easy to take a bus (if it is willing to stop for you)

Excellent swimming pool, ping pong table, pool and bar. HOWEVER, NO happy hour as they say, NO wifi in the hostel (just in a very small corner), they messed up with the reservations and didn't even know what beds were taken. Breakfast just OK. In spite of these, if you want to party and have a good time, this is the right place.

Hello, thank your for your review, i just would like to explain that we are making happy hour at the pool bar. I know that in february the weather was not so good so we closed the outside bar a few days. Regarding the wi fi, it s true that it was not working really well but we fix it and now, the wi fi is working in the restaurant and in the lobby.

Never made a complaint in my life and I've been all the world. The staff were the worst I've encountered. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived(a private room) and wasnt clean we eventually got in. There was visible stains and hairs all over the sheets and pillows. The air conditioning didn't work either. I felt embarrassed asking a question about the falls at reception and when I mentioned a problem with the room they laughed. The pool was nice after travelling for so long but was filthy aswel
