We put good for location was the necessity to take a bus to arrive at the She Pine Tree. Don't let that deter you, the bus is right outside the house & the bus system is excellent! Make this a first stop on your visit to Portugal, Bernado & Duarte are a wealth of info for tips on what to do & see in Portugal. The staff are excellent and show tremendous pride in their work, the chef's were fabulous. Our stay was fabulous! The room we had was just under the living room, the floor of that is a thin layer of wood, every step is amplificate in our room, was very noisy!!!! Put simply, if you go somewhere in portugal or indeed europe, go here. I have never met a more amazing, caring, funloving family in my life. I travelled there with my parents and they too loved it. The rooms are individual and palace like. This is a place where culture, art, beautiful scenery and beautiful people meet. We planned to stay 2 days and stayed for 6. Make sure you eat the dinners and make it home to see the sunset! I hope to count them as life long friends.Put simply, if you go somewhere in portugal or indeed europe, go here. The best place we have stayed on our holiday. Room was gorgeous, breakfast was delicious and staff were very helpful. Only downfall is the location, as you definitely need a car if you stay here.
You must have a home made dinner whislt staying here.
