Staff were very nice but inconsistent. I was asked to change rooms at 8.30 at night on my second night (even though no one was coming into the room I was in) and then ordered a car for the next morning that never showed up. Breakfast was included in my price, but on the second day I was told that I could only order the same thing I had the day before and all juices and lassis were unavailable. No explanation as to why. Overall, hostel was ok, but I would not stay here again.

We stayed in Ivory Palac for the first 3 nights of our trip India and we loved it there. Fantastic hospitality, helped us out with all our inquiries and the food was incredible! Some of the most delicious we had in India. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is great too - walking distance to the metro where there was easy access to the rest of Delhi. The rooms were spotless, beds big and very comfy.

This hotel was great. I'll definitely be coming back here if I'm in Delhi again. It's near Channa Market which makes it ideal for those last days of your journey when you just want to buy nice cheap souvenirs. The worker staff in the hotel were kind and understanding and they accommodated me in every way possible, even giving me suggestions about which places to visit and what times were best for shopping, etc....as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe in this hotel and very protected.

Nice hostel! Perfec with pickup (for international flights) from the airport, since you easily get cheated by the taxidrivers... Clean and friendly, helping staff. Did not experience their offers of trips and travels so cannot comment on this. However, got a free taxi-trip to a travelagency, where we were quite overcharged. In all, a good and easy place to stay - we came back on our way home.

We appointed an airport-transfer-taxi by the staff for next day 2 am for 400 rupies. But there at this time was none here. They then started do wake their driver up by phone (not fetched the next available) and we had to wait first 10 Minutes, then another 10 Minutes, a little more time, another 5 Minutes, ... and for this they charged us 450 rupies instead of the 400 as agreed before. Final we reached our plane just in time, but the waiting in doubt before was terrible. A very poor service!

I really liked this hotel. It is in an excellent location right in the heart of Karol Bagh. The outstanding feature was the very friendly and helpful staff specially Arun. They have a lovely restaurant - it was very clean, great atmosphere, and the food was good .There if free wifi connection throughout the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The bathroom was great! There was plenty of hot water and the amenities were good quality. Amazing place to stay keep it up,I will come again definitely.

Not everyone in the staff were so willing to help, one of them forgot about my sightseeing. So no sightseeing for me and no apologies from the staff. Hotelroom very cold in january-february. Overall the hotel was quite shabby, then again its in India and the price was quite cheap.
