Enjoyed our stay-as for hostels in India this one rates highly. It is relatively clean and the bathrooms are some of the best I have seen in Hostels in Delhi. The staff were very helpful and arranged a couple of things for us. The only issue I had was on the morning we left - they arranged for 2 taxis to take us to the train station - the taxis were very expensive by Delhi standards (was not happy about this) Also - they have a very nice roof area that should be upgraded for residents to sit on

This place was amazing. The staff was unbelievable with their hospitality. They couldn't have been nicer. It was like having a special little oasis in the middle of the madness of Delhi. The rooms, the service, the food, everything was fantastic. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but here in Delhi.

This Hotel was recommended by a friend to me who arranged to book the room for me.I was really shocked to see the facilities that they provide are really worth it.They provided me an A/C Car for my Pick up from the Airport , when I reached the Hotel the check-in was very quick and my room was spacious , nice spic n span clean with brand new LCD with all my favourite channels.Arun was good .

Everything about this hotel was great! I loved the room, furniture, flat TV with plenty of English channels, A/C was adjustable and very quite, hot water was running, the soap and shampoo provided, towels, sleepers (!), cleaning services.... just great! Another plus- ROOFTOP RESTAURANT - the meals were delicious! The Breakfast with a live omelet station and 5-7 types of other dishes was amazing! Kingfisher beer - 120 Rps (compare to other restaurant price of 200 Rps). The internet was great wi fi

Free Airport pickup did not arrived although it was agreed. Rooms average, we refused to accept the first room that was offered to us, because of the great fungal mold on wall and ceiling. Quite loudly from the street.

On the plus side, it was good that there was free unlimited wifi,but this was patchy. it was also close to karol bagh metro- handy. The staff were excellent, really helpful. but, on the downside, when we asked how much things should cost, they would say a number. Then if we asked if we could go through them, the price would go up by 30 rupees,taking a cut like everyone else. it was not clean and it was not a sociable atmosphere.

As soon as we saw our room,we refused to stay there because there were bugs everywhere. Once this clear to reception, they started to threaten us,saying that they would take all the money off our cards for the whole stay regardless. We objected for a long time-as with we think most things in India, they were just waiting for us to give in. A compromise was met thanks to a particular member of staff, arun. We agreed to stay for the remaining nights if we changed rooms. These were much better.

Good hostel, clean, good security, good food. Ideal for a couple of nights in Delhi.

After a delayed cab ride to the hotel (taxi driver tried the "im lost, we'll go to an info office and find out where it is" and the office tries to send you to another place) we arrived to good service at the hotel. Arun (who we never met) emailed us on the day to offer an airport pickup but didnt receive our reply so we cabbed it. He gave us a good guide for how to not get ripped off. Clean, friendly and a/c that works, its a good place.

Really nice hotel if you want to spend a few nights in Delhi. I made the mistake last time of trusting a taxi driver to show me a good hotel. This time I used Hostelworld and enjoyed Delhi a lot more. :D

The blanket doesn't look very clean but it is fine~ Some man from other agency will come to take you to their office and suggest you going to Srinagar, just insist on your plan. Other things fine.

Staff was very helpful. They accepted us in the middle of the night. They arrange tour/tourist information, although it might be quite frustrating since private tourist information places want to charge as much money as they can. As a result one loses a lot of time.
