We were in the four person family room with ensuite. bathroom. Of the many hostels we have stayed in in nChina, this was the best family accommodation yet. It was great also to get the BBC World service on the TV in our bedroom
location is not great, outside the city center across the highway. otherwise, it is a good hostel.
Everything ok, but very bad travel information. Good food at Jade Emu just next. Friendly staff.
Great hostel with the support of the nearby Jade Emu. Good food at a good price and just a short walk from the old city
This was a nice place to stay. Even though it isn't in the Old Town, it is just across the road, and it is much quieter than it would be staying inside the city walls. The dorms had nice big beds, and a safe to lock up your valuables. The courtyard is a nice place to relax and hang out, and it isn't as busy as the Jade Emu next door.
Great bar and restaurant. Very laid back vibe. Staff are very friendly and helpful- would definitely stay here again!
This hostel is pretty nice and is a good spot next to the old town. The food is good and the prices are reasonable, but the staff are a little dim-witted sometimes.
Overall really good hostel, would recommend. The lock on the window to the roof terrace was broken so we had to be mindful not to leave any valuable with in reach and the shared bathroom facilities weren't great - very low water pressure and I had to pull a massive plug of hair from the drain to get the shower to drain.
Great hostel with an awesome outside bar. Good place to meet fellow travellers and right next to the town
