We felt like home away from home. The staff is superb ans will do everything to please you. Also one morning returning from Sapa at 5 am they found a room and witting 30 minutes we were relaxing in our beautiful beseoom. We will be back next year with pleasure. I loved my stay at the Jasmine Hotel! The hotel is very beautiful, in a great location, just a couple of blocks from Hoang Kiem Lake and a 5 minute walk into the Old Quarter. I got a gorgeous room on the 5th floor with balcony - I can only recommend everybody to stay there. Above all, the staff at the hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful, happy to assist you in any way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

hotel was clean and the staff friendly (although we did book a lot of trips with them). We were travelling with a large bike and the hotel organised a larger car to pick us up from the airport.
