Unfortunately the Hostel was more like a hotel, there wasn't any common room to chill out and meet people but just a tiny kitchen with tables arranged like in a cantine. Very poor roof terrasse without charm and shade. But good location and clean rooms

I wasn't that impressed with the facilities here, and thought it was overpriced.

Basic budget accommodation. Clean and tidy and OK for the price. A bit noisy at night due to its location.

Great location, helpful staff, decent rooms. My only complaint is with the security. A woman who was either stoned and/or very drunk was staying in the woman's dorm and invited buskers from the street into our room for a jam session. Though it was hilarious it was also unsettling. Management kicked her out after realizing but she should not have been permitted to stay if the first place.

Everything here was quite nice: the staff were very friendly, everything was clean. I stayed for 3 nights and I would stay again in the future.

This hostel had all the basic facilities and had pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms were fairly clean although power points were in ridiculously hard-to-reach locations. However, this hostel allows in all sorts of guests, some of whom were shady and looked criminal. In my first room, there was a long-term guest who was probably a homeless person and who stared at you from his bed, which was rather disconcerting. I requested to switch rooms and the staff kindly agreed - I felt much safer there.

I had a great stay at the Jerusalem Hostel. I was there for 4 nights, had originally booked 3 and then extended my stay. The location is unbeatable, its within a 10 minute walk to the Jaffa Gate and is right on the new tram lines (so one can get to Yad Vashem and other points of interest). The area has a nice vibe at night and there is lots of night life. Thick windows ensure that the rooms are quiet. Breakfast is simple, just toast and jam, I recommend heading out to try the local specialitie
