It's a hotel for the price of a hostel! And the breakfast is incredible -- a real hot breakfast, not your usual "here's some bread and cereal" hostel thing. The staff were also extremely accommodating and helpful, and really go out of their way for you. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at kelvins and would definitely come back. This place is a hotel not a hostel so there is no kitchen you can use. But the breakfast was really awesome! the rooms were good and the house itself had a great athmosphere. The location was good too, a lot of groceries, restaurants and cafes around.

This hotel is well situated on the west side of Glasgow where is a nice park and great pubs and coffeehouses nearby. It´s also close to Glasgow university. It´s about 15 minutes walk from the city center what is not to bad, if you want you can take the bus or subway too. The accomodation and breakfast are great value for money. The lady who runs this hotel is very lovely too! So we would definitely stay here again!

It's an hotel so don't expect to make friends. In general the room was nice, with TV so it was fun to watch the late night show. One negative side was the bathroom, despite of having a heater inside was damn too cold. Overall was satisfiying, would stay there again.
