Excellent location! About a 5-10 minute walk from the night market and pub street. The staff doesn't speak much English though and always seemed very annoyed to see us or have to talk with us. The water pressure was also really bad which wasn't the best situation with it being so hot.

We scheduled wake up calls that were never delivered causing us to almost miss two day trips. We prepaid for a Floating Village tour through the hotel, but the next day no one knew about it and no driver was waiting at the set time. The staff said it was 30 min to the Village but it actually took about 1hr. The driver would not take us to the village dock unless we paid $25. Tickets were actually $10. We needed phone for return trip, but when they found we didn’t use them, said phone didnt work.

I didn't even have my bags down and I was being hassled about booking tours!! Tv was broken in my room and didn't get fixed til I asked a second time for something to be done.. I stayed 5 nights and my room wasn't cleaned once!!! Considering the amount of other options in hotels and guesthouses.. I would certainly be staying somewhere other than this place...
