You get what you pay for. Rooms are clean. Claims to have hot showers, but i didn\'t manage one, may have been just unlucky though. Breakfast included is a nice touch.

I stayed here 3 times in August 2009 either side of Safaris. Its an ok base but thats as far as it goes. At approx. £60pn for a triple its not cheap and the rooms are basic. Hot water is a 'stitch it on yourself and wait 45mins' tank. I had to request a plug for the bath on all 3 visits and I've had better bathrooms in decent hostels. This is a 2* hotel which happens to have a (v.cold) pool. However, free luggage storage is good.

The elevator makes a loud groaning sound that reverberates throughout the building whenever it moves. It can be heard even through earplugs. The rooms were also kind of shabby, even for a hostel.

It\'s was my second stay at the hotel, and it\'s still the same super location and good security. Located just 5min walk from the center.

Prices charged are different to those invoiced, claiming due to exchange rate changes over night. I think it would be more appropriate to have a agreed charges like other hotels around the world. Otherwise, the place is fine for a short basic stay in Nairobi.

Great location only 30 minutes walking to city center and can be away from the crowd when you want quite evening and good noght sleep. The place is lovely with big tress and beautiful garden. Staff is very helpful. Since our flight was at 11 pm so we had a bag drop after check out and collectted them later before going to the airport, quite convenient. Food is so-so but the breakfast was very good. will go back there again.

Didn't have electricity and hot water for several hour stretches during two days there. Generators only power some things but not the hot water. A bit more expensive than other nearby hotels of the same level.
