Very close to the station, surrounded by shops, temples, and restaurants, friendly and welcoming; what else could you want? The simple room with its concrete walls sort of passed through spartan and came back around to chic. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and the proprietress kindly made me eggs instead of fish, since I'm a veggie. I was very happy with my stay and would go back. I just wish it was a little cheaper.

It was a complete delight to stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious and filling (and worth the extra charge). The room was a good deal for a 2 room private in such an expensive country. The workers were so friendly and helpful when it came to our many questions. Having our own bathtub was particularly nice after walking around all day during the wintertime. The curfew definitely made it a little trickier to explore Osaka's nightlife, but I enjoyed the quiet and safety that it provided
