The staff here were very friendly and the location was great. However, trying to sleep in a room under the TV room and kitchen was near impossible with people walking around and stomping on the floor. It sounded like the TV was on right beside my head all night. The bathrooms and kitchen were pretty dire - blocked drains in the showers and half cleaned kitchens.

I was not told that I won't find anyone to give the key to in the morning. Only found the sign after it was too late. Tried to call and didn't get an answer. Also, room #3 is *really* loud when there's someone moving or talking above (in the kitchen). It was very difficult to sleep there. The whole place was she shaking when a group of friends were hanging out above me. The staff should have at least warned about that.
