Didnt receive our booking wanted to send us to the sister hotel and pay the same price despite inconvenience and not the same place with the same facilities. This sister hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life! Very unsatified with the hotel and the room. Staff had no customer service skills. Failed to mention that there was a night club downstairs and thus it was very noisy into the early morning (4-5am). The TV had no volume adjuster and was down very low so had to watch it pretty much on mute. Room was very dirty and obviously hadn't been cleaned as there was a decomposed turd waiting for us in the toilet when we arrived that looked like it had been there for a while!
