I was so disappointed in this place. Whilst the staff were really good, I just found the rooms and in particular the showers really dirty with stuff dripping from the ceiling. The pillow cases were quite stained and the lamp didnt work so it was bright glaring lights, or pitch black. It was so quite too in comparison to other hostels and just lacked any kind of atmosphere or backpacker spirit.

Not far from Route 32 to Bangkok and distant from the downtown. Even though it's not far from Bus Terminal, taxi charge would be the same as you go to the city. No hot water but there're TV and AC. Snacks in rooms are 50% over the market price and charget from your deposit. Check out time is 12 o'clock. When I arrived to reception for it, I was a little surprised to know that they've already charged the payment from my banking card. Bed cloth was old, bathroom had spiders' web.

Customers are not informed of hotel policies at check-in time, nor are these policies posted anywhere in the hotel or bedroom. The room was not very clean, and there were spiders everywhere. The hotel's wifi was too slow to be useful, there was no hot water for showers, and the hotel is very far away from the city. At check-out time, we were fined more than the price of our room for checking out late, even though we had never been told the check-out time.
