I was disappointed at the fact I found 3 bugs on the bed and what looked like a cockroach in the room. The place is very run down. The bathrooms are disgusting. It definitely lacked the "hostel" vibe considering I lived across from people that rented out the room long term? The only great thing is the location and the staff were very informative. Everything else was disappointing. (and btw when I got to my room there was trash from previous traveler) Not the greatest living conditions overall.

the beds were very unconfortable. there was no running water in our room. the bathroom was very very dirty. the entire hostel looked like it was very run down and hadn\'t been kept up. the location was excellent - the place needs a major overhall. would not stay there again.

Best location of all the hostels in Belfast. Stayed in the 10 bed female dorms. Excellent price, quiet at night, kitchens had all necessary equipment and staff offered suggestion for saving money on tourist activities. Could have been warmer in the dorms, but excess of blankets and hot water in the showers compensated. Staff and guests were very nice. I would defiantly stay again.

This hostel is HORRIBLE! We reserved a room for 8, but when we arrived the only free room was a 32-people room. We paid 10 Euro each, which was way too much for this disgusting room.

Stayed for one night with my girlfriend. On arrival was told by the member of staff everything was booked in and all that was needed was payment , after settling the bill we were told where our room was and showets etc so far so good, however after our night out in belfast we wer greeted by two of the most patronising unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. Nxt morning found mouse droppings in her shoe

ensuite rooms were really nice. but they should really turn on the heaters. i woke up in the middle of the night because it was just way too cold. the hostel itself is pretty nice but the entrance to the hostel is in a very shady alley.

During our stay there was a big party in the cellar of the Hostel (saturday-evening). A lot of noise till 04:00 o\'clock.

Decent hostel. Nothing amazing but nothing bad either. Would definitely stay here again as it is close to everything and cheap!

Some crazy weirdos staying at this hostel, which is to be expected with such cheap prices. A man staying in the same room leaned over my bed at night (I'm a female) and started shouting at me. I didn't feel safe, security wasn't at the door at nights as was said. When we arrived in the afternoon there was a police car outside the hostel. Definitely keep your valuables close at night. Bed linens felt like they hadn't been washed. But with £6.50 a night I'd say you get what you order!

After four days in hostels, I thought we would be used to everything, but we have hardly slept that night. The mattress is so bad I had to take a Nurofen in the morning to calm my sore neck and back. The kitchen is quite empty. There weren't even two forks to eat our noodles. The real pity is the lack of tea or coffee making facilities. Not even a hidden tea bag to get something warm before fighting the rain!

Thanks to Nic on reception who was very professional and helpful. Mattresses are of appalling quality and new to be replaced immediately. Otherwise not a bad hostel!

Could do with a lick of paint here and there and someone keeping an ear on noisey radios in the middle of the night. Otherwise, friendly staff, great location and a great price.

Although I booked a four bedroom, the mattresses was saggy. This was not fine. No soap on the restrooms and a lot of mould on the shower.

The hostel could use a big clean. Directions were really confusing, we had to wait a long time. Not satisfied at all!

The best part of my stay was the location. But then its so easy to walk around Belfast almost anywhere would be fine. I didn't get the room I booked and shared with more people. Also had to share the bathroom with loads more people then they make clear on the web site. To make things work the internet was not working at the time I stayed. All in all an average experience, but still pretty good value.
