No heating. No staff present in the building. Found a lot of trash in the room.

in general I would probably recommend this place to stay. I had a few problems when I was there mainly due to adverse weather: the power was out and one of the rooms was leaking water onto the beds. My main problem was that I developed bites while staying there, presumely bed bugs as the bunk beds are very old and wooden.

Unfortunately the bathrooms were wet and cold and you could see the result in almost every corner, which was a pity as they were, apart from that, quite clean. I was lucky, I brought an additional blanket with me, otherwise I would've been frozen solid after the night. But I guess this was mostly because it was just really really cold outside. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. Overall price and offer are not worth complaining. :)

great hostel with regard to value for money, great location in the middle of belfast, with great kitchen and wifi facilities. was great for the price. the hostel is a backpackers hostel so if u r a backpacker it is more then adequate but if u want luxury look elsewhere. thanks for a good few days.

The Linen House was definitely a backpackers hostel. Very do it yourself. I felt safe there and my luggage was secure but it would have been nice if there were lockers in the bedroom. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. I had hand sanitizer with me but it isn't the same. It means that no one is washing their hands after using the toilet. Also, there was a window in my room that wouldn't shut all the way and the radiator was funnily. The room was frigid and I slept with gloves on.

Really great hostel! The staff is friendly and always happy to help. Housekeeping is excellent - all the rooms and common spaces are clean and in order. Bed sheets are clean and nite. Staying here you get both excellent quality and reasonable price.

Very nice weekend at your hostel. The only negative point was the bed too hard. However, we were really well welcomed.

Hostel was clean and safe - there was a good atmosphere and the staff made sure you had everything you needed. Location of both buildings was brilliant and very central. We had a room with a king size bed and a bunkbed - it was perfect except very cold but there was a heater in the room. It was grand if a you were drinking before bed - didnt even feel the cold! The showers were good and always had hot water. Brilliant value for the price. I'd stay there again.

Probably one of the worst dorm ever! I was in 18 beds dorm.. I've been in such big dorm before, but this one just don't have place to put so much bed! We didn't place to put our backpack! Smelly, dark, durty, just not good at all! Staff not really friendly either... and not enough bathrooms, a lot queue in the morning. Good thing I was there just one night!

Room was spacious albeit dusty, but the bathrooms were unclean and the showers alternated between lukewarm and freezing cold. Staff was extremely helpful and warm, which compensates a bit for the state of the place.

The location was good, off the busy roads, but still close to everything. I just didn't like the showers, they were a bit more like a trickle..and there were no lockers in the rooms to lock up your things. Doors usually went unlocked as well, as you're relying on your other roommates to lock it. There were a few too many beds in rooms for their size, but the kitchen was decent and internet was touch and go.

Bunk beds are reallly small. I couldn't be sitting straight and you can easily hit your head with them.

The shower (and other bathroom facilities) were in a very poor state! There was only a small stream of hot water.
