As the "main" linen house hostel was full me And 5 of my friends were sent to stay in the "other" one that amounted to nothing more than a shak. It was filthy, no staff were there. No facilities at all. No security!! No curtains, carpets were Filthy. The toilets/showers were disgusting and the location was a fifteen minute walk from the main hostel making it unsafe to walk too at night! All in all NEVER stay at this hostel. Ps I have stayed in hostels All over the world n have never complained
Need to improve cleanness - disinfection products to be put in toilets and kitchen Couldn't sleep cause of noise from upstairs room.foot steeps can be heard very loud
Great location, friendly staff, room clean and comfortable.
Nice gostel with good location and breakfast. Too bad you need to pay to use the computers, but the wifi is free.
Everything was quite alright. It was not a special place, but it was not bad. Nice friendly staff. Had a good time there.
I booked a single room two months before I stayed, when I arrived was told they were full and ended up in a dorm. Why?
The "single room" was more a broom closet, very tiny and without a window or another possibility to get some oxygen in the "room"/closet. Although the hostel is not so far from the center, the street itself is in a run-down state...
The place smells and it isn't very clean. Hopefully I stayed only one night.
Great location and very good facilities. Nice trips organised to Giant's Causeway. Highly recommended.
Really cheap considering the location and the full kitchen for use. Laundry was expensive to do but cheaper than and laundromat I suppose. I stayed there when it wasn't very busy so it wasn't bad, but I could see it getting really noisy. Good for a cheap stay.
Good atmosphere and location fit for purpose and enjoyed stay.

Good location (easy to find) with a nice price
I did not get to stay in the Hostel which I had booked for many weeks ahead. I booked a SINGLE room and was sent to another BUILDING and put into a big dorm room - certainly I was on my own, but it wasn't at all what I expected. My rental car had to be left on the street which I wasn't expecting as the Linen House Hostel had its own adjoining park which I was prepared to pay 5 pounds a night for. THe window was unable to be opened in my room hence no air - and it was very hot!!
very basic service, but it was perfect for what I needed and also it was very cheap so I din't expect a 5 stars treatment. The room wasn't sparkling clean but clean and tidy enough, the position of the hostel was great, right in the city centre, the en-suite shower didn't work but I used another one so it was ok anyway, and the staff was friendly. If I will travel again in Belfast and I'll be in need of cheap accommodation, I'll surely go back there.
I have stayed here many times and I would stay again, I love the linen house! Excellent Value for money, clean and friendly what more do we need?

Best hostel. I was nervous about some of the reviews, but this hostel was fantastic. Clean, comfy beds, wifi, a kitchen, lockers, friendly staff, working showers, and a great location all for £6 per night. I'd like to give a shout out to Hayley (spell?) who was awesome. :) Would definitely recommend.
The personnel has been very gentle. Greetings to them!
they put me in another room and it smelled and the toilet en suite was not very clean. they should make some improvements.
The shower was broken so we could't wash properly, it was very noisy, no breakfast, no actual lock on the room's door - when we went back from our city tour we found the luggage room door wide open for everyone to come in and steal anything they wanted. The notes everywhere at the reception stating all the supplementary fees (parking, late check-out, towels, internet, luggage room - seriously, what hostel makes its guests pay for the luggage room ??) didn't really make us feel welcome.
