Wasn't worth the money. Staff was unfriendly. Toilette was broken. Dorm room was superhot. Beds were instable. Key didn't work proerly. Wouldn't go there again.

Just very very unpleasant stay. The room was very small for 10 beds. It smells. Poor quality bedding. So glad that I only stayed for one night. Definitely not worth the money.

I had a nice stay there, no complaining at all... free breakfast is simple (toast, cereals, tea, coffee) but good extra anyway.. coffee and tea is also available any time for free.

Great location, Staff were really nice and the reception area was welcoming with free tea/coffee. wifi with no problems ! kitchen was adequate with a bkfast inc. cereal/toast. plenty of activities going on to get involved. Beds were probably the only thing that wasn't the best. looked dodgy and constant squeaking from them and a chill-out room that wasn't the kitchen or reception would of been nice but other than that.. Value for money.Gr8 coffeeshop around the corner TOMA !!

Very nice hostel in the middle of a really cool area of Madrid. Close to the Tribunal Metro station just a few stops on Line 1 from all major places in Madrid. Amazingly comfy beds, and nice ensuite bathrooms. Nice common areas, and great free Wifi, they even have laptops you can borrow. Good hostel sponsored events, and lots of cool young traveller's were staying there. Typical free hostel breakfast. Decently sized kitchen with all the amenities. Overall great hostel to stay at in Madrid!

Definitely a noisy party base at weekend, it is big and a bit impersonal.

Breakfast included toast, jam, butter, cereal, milk, tea or coffee - you could eat as much as you wanted unlike other hostels. During my last two nights, the water for the shower was cold. The hostel received more guests so it must have been running at full capacity. I enjoyed the tapas tour, it was a good way to try traditional beverages (sangria, lemon and beer, spanish cider) and tapas (tortilla de patatas, fried green peppers, cheese, ham and seafood) all in one night. Great location too.

Nice hostel, very friendly staff. Good range of activities (walking tour, tapas tour, drinking games, pub crawl), can;t vouch for quality as I never went but they are there! A loittle loud on weekend nights on the street side, though. Eitehr be prepared or join in!

The free laptop use and internet was great we used it a lot to look up things and directions. The staff was very helpful and we got a few maps from the front desk as well.

The location is great as it's in a lively neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants, yet on a small street so not too noisy. The people in the room next to ours weren't respectful at all and kept shouting and running around all night...but that's not the hostel fault! There was a huge leak in the ceiling of the toilets with water dripping from the ceiling, a bit annoying when there's only one toilet for several rooms. Rooms are simple, staff is friendly and helpful.

10 bed dorm next to the kitchen can be a noisy spot but we slept through the chatter otherwise the hostel is very quiet. For part of our stay, we paid for a 10 bed dorm but were \"upgraded\" for free to a 6 bed dorm and had the room to ourselves. Breakfast was toast, jam, and cereal. Our last day in Madrid, one of us who had been battling a bad stomach bug felt like he was going to pass out. One of the hostel staff walked us to the hospital and stayed w/ us the whole time and translated.

Good hostel! We stayed in the female dorm and it was clean. The bathroom was clean (and had soap!). It's awesome that the lockers with built-in locks are included. Breakfast was good and goes until 11. Free walking tour was also nice. Also, I have to say that my friend was really excited because across the street from the Tribunal metro station is a boba shop! Boba barely exists in Europe, so this was a treat. If you're standing with you back to the station, it's to the right of Palma Street.
