Good location right near river front. Staff friendly. Double room was clean and nice but def lacked windows as did the bar restaurant downstairs that felt dingy as a result.

everything was perfect. owner of the guesthouse personally interested in her customers. location is in the middle of the all facilities and common places. all sheets and rooms has been cleaned well. I liked this guest house a lot.

We very much enjoyed staying at The Local 2, and, during our trip around Cambodia, returned to this guesthouse three times - every time we were in Phnom Penh. The staff are lovely and helpful, the location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is delicious. We would definitely highly recommend The Local 2 as an excellent place to stay.

Very impressive place to stay us for $20 /night.Room fully equipped ,just as you see on their pics. 1st floor: restaurant, 2nd floor: pool tables, 3rd floor : nice boutique rooms with bathtub, flat screen tv, coffee and tea and toiletries.Next to the riverside and all the actions.Highly recommended.
