The Lodge is within the 26 acre grounds of the National Sports Centre and is a 5 minute walk, 400m, from Crystal Palace Station which is just 25 minutes by mainline train from either London Bridge or London Victoria.

The local bus station is served by buses from all across South London including Clapham, Croydon, Blackheath as well as night buses from Central London. Crystal Palace is approximately 35 minutes from junctions 6,7 and 8 of the M25 and The Lodge has ample parking.
