DE PIJP ~ The Loft self catering 1 bedroom holiday apartment is perfect for 8 guests!
Positioned in De Pijp, which begins south of the central part of Amsterdam, is just outside the main canal belt!
The largest concentration of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and general activity is concentrated in the areas around Ferdinand Bolstraat, Albert Cuypstraat, Ceintuurbaan, the Marie Heinekenplein and the cross streets off the Albert Cuypmarket.
Once you enter the apartment that measures 80 square meters, the first thing you might do is drop your bags and sit around the coffee table to watch shows on the huge flat screen TV. Two of the sofas turn into double beds.
Connected to the living room is the open style kitchen. Use the cooking utensils and the various gadgets in the apartment to prepare delicious meals.
A total of 4 single beds that can be pushed together make up the bedroom. Bed sheets, linen and blankets will be provided as well as bed side lamps for additional comfort.
Providing privacy for all is the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Towels will be supplied.
***Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-cleaning fee 40euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:
-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%
-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.
-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.
-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-15pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 18pm-22pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
