We meet the best people here. The kitchen is great, we cooked all our meals there and it's also a great place to chill and mingle. The 6-people dorm is not that big, but is enough. The bathroom is nice but one downside is that you have to keep on pressing a button thing for the hot water to come out like every 20 seconds.

Actually its price is in the top level of hostel in Europe. But the manner of most of staffs there are a bit arrogant. Although it is said 24 hours reception, but after midnight the customers can't stay in common room. The staff switched off the hot water pot because he wanted to sleep. In the morning, some customer came to the breakfast a bit later. The staff would not wait for a minute. He dumped the coffee out even the later-arrived customer stayed aside. How can the management level ignore?

A bit far from main sites, but being located near two metro stops makes up for it. Located in Paris' version of Chinatown it is a different scene from the main thoroughfares, but adds to its character.

This was a really clean hostel, great facilities. Its in an interesting neighbourhood, if you're a solo female traveler can be intimidating but if you're street smart you'll be fine, i enjoyed it. All the staff were very very helpful, however not really a hostel u can have a few drinks in, one french guy was not allowing ANY fun seemed to be both the nights we decided to LOL.

At first I was a bit skeptical about the area surrounding the hostel but ended up liking it a lot. It's not that far from all of the main tourist attractions & it's close to 2 Metro stations (though I ended up walking most of the time). It also has decent night life, with a few nice cafés on Rue De Belleville and a club nearby. The hostel itself was super clean & very modern. The lockers were pretty small, but big enough for laptops, a small backpack, etc. Croissants at breakfast were great!

In terms of facilities a top notch place, Probably one of the nicest hostels I have ever stayed at. Beds were really comfortable, bathrooms clean. Place really lacked an atmosphere though, which as a solo traveller, you need.

Very poor - called up a month before my booking to change the dates of my stay due to work, and was told they were fully booked (despite showing availability on HostelWorld.). Since they couldn't provide accommodation, I asked to cancel my booking and was told this had been done. Lo and behold, I then find out they charged my card for the booking anyway. When I contacted them to complain, they sent me two e-mails then never responded again. Very unhelpful staff and incredibly poor service.

Good except they made us move rooms one night and made no move to give us late checkout or discount... Safe hostel but the area is not very safe at night and location is not excellent. Kind of overpriced.

Ok hostel in a very cool neighborhood. Heard there were some issues with staff reacting poorly to their own double-booking, I hope they rectify that. Some staffers were great, others not so much. Rooms need soap. Rooms need soap. If you don't provide soap, others don't use any. It's unhygenic. Please provide soap.

Not the best place to travel alone if you want to meet people, but overall a fantastic hostel. Super new and clean, great decor. Good ensuite bathrooms, not the best location (uphill through a not-so-nice neighbourhood), but close to tube station.

it's a great hostel, very nice staff, cool place, big and clean rooms. I stayed there for 5 nights and would come back for sure. The only thing that i didn't liked was because it is far from the center and the principal atractions of Paris, on a chinese neigborhood (??). Otherwise, very very nice. Oops style (if you already know or stayed there).

I stayed here with my dad for 3 nights and found the Loft to be an excellent hostel. The only gripe I have is that on the Sunday night we stayed, the music was on extremely loud in the courtyard at 10:30pm and it made it very hard to sleep. The staff suggested shuttle services and the breakfasts in the morning were great.

The room was very small, but the main issue was that our door was difficult to lock properly which is worrying as they open up directly onto the courtyard. The lockers were also unusable, they were in a corner, small and without instructions. The breakfast was good though. For the money it costs it wasn't to the standard it should have been.

The hostel was fine. When we arrived there seemed to be a problem with some other guests and the guy at the front desk seemed frustrated. He didn't really know what was going on and wasn't very helpful, but he was really nice and tried his best. The room was clean. Breakfast is included which i think is great for what you pay. The location of the hostel was a bit inconvenient, you have to go up a hill to get to it from the metro, that is not fun when you have luggage with you
