I think the hostel is worth its price first, and its a good way to look at that. when you travel and you just need a place to sleep with a friendly staff to serve you and a convenient location is what you get here. I enjoyed my stay and cannot complain . But to improve my stay at the hostel would be to look at the ventilation system at the hostel, cleanliness of the bathrooms, the kitchen. but again for this money that you pay with them it is an excellent choice.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
We have a 24hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night's accommodation. All credit card transaction will incur a 2.5% surcharge. There is a strict no-refund policy for in-house guests (guest already checked in).
A $20 key deposit is required from every guest and will be refunded to you upon check-out.
You must present valid photo ID (passport or driver license) to be able to check in. Failure to present valid documents will result in denied check-in with no refund.
Please note: if booking more than one person into a dorm room we cannot guarantee you will be in the same room. We’ll try our best!
New Year’s & Christmas Reservations: Reservations are to be secured by prepayment or guaranteed by credit card. All reservations booked by credit card will be charged in full between 1st November and 30th November 2013. Credit cards which decline will have their reservations cancelled. There is a 10-day minimum stay over the Christmas/New Year’s period if arriving between the 23nd December 2012 and the 6th January 2013. No changes will be accepted for Christmas & New Year’s bookings after the 1st November. Cancellations after the 1st November 2013 (and before arrival date) will incur a penalty equal to that of your accommodation. No refunds will be given.
Other bookings Cancellations that occur with less than 7 days’ notice during Peak Periods will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking. (See above for Christmas and New Year’s Terms & Conditions) Peak Period includes: Australia Day, Mardi Gras, Easter, Christmas and New Year’s
