The wifi was great throughout. The bathrooms left much to be desired. The latch did not work on any of the toilet doors and it was a really small bathroom for so many people. The staff was great especially this really bubbly girl with the orange sparkle nail polish -she was so helpful!! Overall, a good stay.

Good location. Excellent staff. No lockers to secure belongings. Comfortable beds, all you can drink coffee and tea, and great atmosphere. I'll return to stay.

Hostel was good with chatty staff who gave me heaps of travel advice. Good place to meet people. There's no space for changing in the showers but they have real coffee that you can make in a Moka and its only 15 RON to get your clothes washed dried and returned to you the same day.

This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. The amazing staff is what makes this hostel one of a kind. They make you feel at home and give you awesome advice! This cozy hostel is in walking distance to the Old Town, near a metro station and has great facilities. Special thanks to Ruru, Lina, Andreea, Paul and rest of the staff for all their kindness and dedication. Because of them Midland Hostel is a place that will make me always happy to return when travelling to Bucharest again! :)

No breakfast included in the price but the hostel is well maintained and with a good vibe. Not to close to old city . 20 min walking,

You know those bad decisions you make in life? Staying here is not one of them. The staff is amazing, and will point out the real life of the city and of Romania traditions. (Our experience involved collecting Romanian food dish suggestions and eating our way around the city.) Cozy, "at home" atmosphere... really, just stay here!

This hostel has the perfect layout for a true travelers hostel. All rooms open on to a relatively large and well appointed common room. Everything about it from the comfy couches to the wall of international currencies is conducive to the perfect atmosphere for getting to know everyone. Close to a metro stop, walkable to the old town/palace etc. The staff are amazing and especially Alina, who was as friendly and helpful as she is cute! (Which is very). I was sad to leave - highly recommended.

Staff were brilliant, very helpful and joined in the drinking. Quite a small hostel but great central social space and fully equipped kitchen.

Really nice staff! They was very helpful with finding a vegetarian restaurant. Next day I stayed in a hotel which was ten times as expensive (for work), and when I asked a recommendation for a restaurant they said "there are hundreds of restaurants in the center, just pick one"... what a difference!

This joint is amazing, I'm still here!! Tones of communal stuff, self managed tabs and a really awesome common area and well equiped kitchen. And really close to the metro, not that you really need it.
