The staff was very friendly and even one if tehm showed me around the City on my first day! They help you to plan and organize your stay. The Rooms are small but enough for the people and the Luggage. I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the nice prepared brakefast. There a lockers in the room and a luggage store at the reception. If you love indina foos it's the best place to stay because it's near little India! thank you for the nice time :)

The Mitraa was such a helpful backpackers that have put up info that a traveler needs, and really have catered to the usual needs of a backpacker! The beds were awesomely comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and made the stay feel so memorable. Even arriving late at night was not a problem. I definitely rate this a fantastic backpackers'.

I found this hostel excellent. Good location, very confortable and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. I would have hoped for a more party like environment, but I guess this depends also on the people traveling at any given time.I highly recomment this place, unless the party and meeting plenty of people are your first priorities. I highly recomment this place and found it to be more confortable, clean and nice than any other hostel I can remember of.

nice, fluffy new pillows - 2! - on freshly made beds in not-too-crowded dorms, friendly management who help with other bookings, and free hot drinks, water and snacks, good value!

Location is very far from MRT and route is not easy to locate for new comers. peoples are helpful and very nice. Blankets are of very poor quality and one is not sufficient. Security of luggage is always at risk. Even after locking the drawer one can open the drawer without key. So dont need to lock at all. Breakfast are of average quality. The good thing is very near to shopping market. dont buy inhouse products, very cheaper one (imported from india) and price is high from market.

Good hostel in a nice location. Plenty of bathrooms which are cleaned regularly. Dorms were small like anyother hostel but you get your own lockers so it's not a big deal. Breakfast was good with toast, eggs, fruits etc. There are lot of cheap eateries around. Last but not least should appreciate the friendly & helpful staffs. Would stay there again.

5 minutes walk to MRT farrer park station and also close to little india. There is a 24hrs supermarket nearby. Free wifi inside the room. good breakfast. shower rooms are clean, only the hair dryer is bit weird but the staff help to fix it. Overall We had a great stay. Indian and chinese staffs are friendly and helpful. It would be perfect if they provide blanket because the aircon is a bit cold while we sleep.

the hostel should treat its guest better and not chasing out its guest when it was time for checking out. too mean too guest.

Owner Comment (Show)
Mitraa means Friend and our service standards always stand to that concept. We hope and trust that the guest had mis-understood our non-english speaking cleaner's gesture wrongly that he was rushing the guest. When the guest was checking out we had enough beds available for new check-ins and there was no urgency on our side to chase out the guest. However, if in any way Mitraa offended the feelings of the guest our apologies for the same.
