The Monk's Bunk

The Monk's Bunk is Tallinn's ultimate backpackers hostel: laid back, centrally located, great facilities, an awesome backpackers bar with pool table and with lots of fun activities!

You will find us right across from Freedom Square, the biggest square in the Old Town.Also, public transport, the main sights, clubs, pubs and restaurants are just a stone's throw away from our hostel door.

We just finished major renovations, which include brand new bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lockers, custom made bunks and an equally impressive bar built out of natural wood.

As we are backpackers like you, be assured that you will feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Our bar area is the perfect place to party and meet up with fellow travelers, but there is also enough space if you just want to chill out, read a book or watch a movie (in our specially designed cinema room). At night time you are welcome to join us for a joined free pub crawl with other hostels.

Day time activities like AK47 shooting and many walking tours run on a daily basis. If booked in advance, we also organize adventurous trips to the Lahemaa National Park or the former Soviet town, Paldiski.
