Love this hostel, because of location and its character. Crazy people and crazy parties in Monkey Bar and Monkey Dinner. If you like a bit of madness this is good place to stay. You can't put toilet paper in the toilets, the showers are gross. The hostel tends to attract really loud, boisterous drunks, so I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are one of the ones out partying every night, making a huge racket and keeping the others awake every single night. Top staff and a great, central place to stay!
Definately eat at the Monkey Diner too.. cant be beaten! Cheers to Rabs and the guys for putting up with us!Top staff and a great, central place to stay!

Definitely for party animals only. If you're looking for a quiet place to sleep after a tiring hike- look elsewhere. Until 12 its quite loud with all the drinking going on in the hostel, abd after 12, when the communal areas close, everybody goes out and they WILL wake you up coming back! But it's fun, the staff are nice and helpful, it's very clean, though a little ran down, the terrace is very cool, and you will meet lots of fun people! Great hostel, awesome location. Outdoor kitchen was rad! Staff was really easy going and helpful. You want to stay at this hostel! But you should book it through www.hostelbookers.com, you keep your £1.50 and the hostel doesn't pay 10% to this website. DO IT!!Great hostel, awesome location. Outdoor kitchen was rad!
