Nice place, very friendly staff. Breakfast is basic but good, nice to eat it in the bar and meet other guests. They have discounts on drinks at the bar for guests. Will stay here again on my way back through London, hopefully this time i get a ride on the Scooter in the bar.

That's my first hostel ever I've stayed in and I loved it. staff was great, they gave me all the info that I needed, beds are ok, other guests in the hostel are great - there is a very friendly atmosphere around the place. on a sunny day the garden was the best part of the hostel, beautiful, but also there is a pub on the ground floor which is just great to hang out with other travellers. Looking forward to visit more hostels like that one.

This is difficult to describe. The staff was very friendly, the lobby was very cozy, breakfast was good. But the floor, the toilets, facilites and bedroom were really dirty. Behind my bed was so much dust, you could have plant carotts in it. There was mildew all over the shower. No place to put your toothbrush or soap or towel while you clean yourself. No dustbins in the bathroom. No mirrow in the bedroom. The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I ever tried to sleep on.

Good place with nice people. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. It's in zone two, 10 min walk from the underground station (shepherds bush market), there are shops and supermarkets near by. Reasonably priced.

The staff was really nice and they run the hostel very well. The atmosphere was really cool it had a nicely decorated bar with a beer garden, then a more exclusive area above for hostel tenants only. May not be the "newest" in terms of its facilities, the kitchen is a little small. But I think its a really good value. Particularly if you want to stay somewhere a little farther from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Good place, clean and very, very nice! Pub downstairs is a great place to meet other travellers and spend some quality time without any hassle, discounts on drinks. There's a kitchen upstairs so you don't have to eat out and you can save some money. Staff is very helpfull!!

A really well run hostel, with very friendly and helpful staff! The place was really clean and very secure, and easy enough to get to and from major stations. The vibe was really laid-back too which was cool as everyone was keen to have a chat and hangout. Highly recommended! Also reviewed on Tripadvisor.

I was very happy with this hostel. It's relatively close to central London and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and there is a bar! The beds aren't the most comfortable things in the world, but it worked for me.

To be honest it was a normal hostel but there are better ones for the same rates. It was a bit tooooo small. It's okay for a night or two but not for a long stay. However the breakfast was good. The selection is decent and if you eat a lot for breakfast you won't have to spend much on lunch. They also provide hard boiled eggs which is uncommon at other hostels. I think the only thing they could change about the place would be to make the bathrooms cleaner. Maybe clean twice a day instead of once

Very relaxed atmosphere with lovely staff, however it is a bit of a walk to the underground station and a little ways out of town.

Location is a little bit out of the main area, but still easily accessible with transit. Being outside the main core also helps with the cost! Six person rooms are either 3 double bunks or 2 triples. Triple bunks are somewhat hard to get into. Main floor bar has cool atmosphere even though its not open the latest.
