Great hostel in a perfect location to see old town. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. There were plenty of events that all were very fun (pub crawl, cultural food/dancing, beer garden tour, beach day). Easy place to meet lots of people. I would definitely come back if I was in Riga again.

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at! The location was perfect right in the centre of Riga old town. The facilities were great and cleaned throughout the day. There were several activities and the staff was really welcoming and fun and always willing to help.

Such a great location in the old town. The hostel is very well laid out with 2 common rooms. The rooms are massive with plenty of space for your things. The kickers under the beds are big enought for large backpacks and very secure. The bed was very comfy too. What I loved most was the awesome shower pressure. It can be hit and miss with hostels but this was amazing. You can use facilities once you've checked out too. The staff, Mia was really helpful as was Lina who was great on the pub crawl.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic facilities, and lots going on - even though the hostel was quite quiet while we were there. 24-hour bar is great, but so is the fact that you don't feel forced to have a crazy night out. A relaxing hostel, which seems that it could turn into a party hostel fairly easily if needed - but wasn't forcing anybody to do anything. Rooms were really secure, everything was so clean and the staff were fantastic.

Riga was the last stop on my three month trip and The Naughty Squirrel is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It's clean, well-located, has a great atmosphere and the staff are fantastic. The pub crawl is well worth doing, as is the shooting range trip (if you're into that sort of thing). Daily happy hours, free wifi, free tea and coffee, laundry facilities, good advice on where to eat/drink - check out Ala, Martin's and Kiwi Bar. The Naughty Squirrel is THE place to stay in Riga!

Rooms are clean and comfy, staff are friendly and happy to help. Only thing letting this down are shower and rest room facilities, which were extremely poor.

The best hostel in my life! Exellent staff and atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and clean. It's calm in the rooms because area for hunging out is situated at the other part of the hostel. That's very smart lay-out. By the way hostel is in the city center and there are many places to eat and drink. There is a bar and a vending machine inside, where you can buy a snack. Free tea and coffee.
