Staff was really helpful. We told them we are cold and they gave a heater to us immediately. Whatever you ask they helpfully respond..

I constantly saw people cleaning, cleaning, cleaning - so it was excellent in that respect. Great place to stay. Would recommend it. There are lots of activities that they can hook you up with which are heaps of fun (bobsleding, shooting etc). Happy hour is 1 LAT for a big beer! The only bad thing was the noisy plumbing system which seemed to go on and on during the night.

Cleanest, most comfortable and friendliest hostel I have ever seen! Owners also run the place, so really go the extra mile to make sure everything is running well. Tours to bobsled etc recommended - even got woken up and breakfast! Common room is very social, computers and bedding are very new! Love it.x

Fabulous hostel, fantastically helpful and friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere, and a superb holiday was had by the seven of us that travelled from Nottingham. Thanks to Ieva, Jarrod and Guni and the rest of the staff for making us feel so welcome, and making our stay really memorable - especially won't forget the Bobsled, Ice Hockey and Beavers Balls vodka!!!!! If you go to Riga - stay here!! :) x
