Everything really fine and very good service, the area of the hostel is on a good metro line but a bit isolated.

I arrived a day late due to last minute issue and the staff were very good about this. I found all the staff very nice. It was a good place to meet people and the breakfast was good.

Communal kitchen and dining is perfectly set up to allow you to meet and hang with fellow hostelers. Free breakfast is great too, unless you've partied too hard to be up by 9am the next day ;)

It was a very good hostel. Location in Brooklyn, but very close to subway so easy to get to Manhattan at all times. People who worked there were nice, and it was clean. Just wished they could have kept the kitchen open longer than until midnight ;)

I dind't spend much time at the hostel. I only ate breakfast the last day I was there, because I was on vacation and I din't want to wake up before 9 am for the free breakfast. My room was very nice and clean. The batrooms were big and clean. It was easy to take the subway and go to Manhattan, but I was scared at the beginning because the area didn't look very nice.

Nice place full of young people. Nice athmosphere and friendly staff. The few negatives were the weird smell in our room, not really clean bathrooms and slow and unstable internet connection. But I would definitely recommed this hostel to friends and other people.

Great location..3 blocks from the L train that takes you to the center of Manhattan in just 10 minutes. 15 minute subway ride from Penn Station / Grand Central.. Great places to get food in a short walking distance. 24 Hour reception and check in 3 PM or after is convenient.

Stayed here for a weekend! We reserved a private room for two people. The staff was friendly, room was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. What more can you ask for! I would definitely stay here again when in NYC.

Had a great time here. Rooms are really spacious and the stuff was always helpful and friendly. Also the provided breakfast was suprisingly good for a hostel. Can highly recommend it!

The value for money during weekdays is fantastic, but it's much more expensive on a weekend. So if you're going through the week, what you get for what you pay is significantly better than anything else you'd get, but on a weekend if you're looking to save go elsewhere. The rooms and the whole style are pretty cool and the location in Brooklyn is in a really good area not too far from a subway station, good cheap places to eat and cool bars.

Great value for money. One of the better hostels I've stayed in and for the price makes it worth the while! Free wi-fi and breakfast is a huge bonus. Very clean, rooms are good. Close to Metro and some nice cafes, bars and Organic supermarkets. Area is more industrial with character ye felt very safe. Right on the L line and a few stops from Williamsburg central.

There was one really great front desk person that helped me into another room because the person that I was supposed to be sharing with was very rude and creepy. He was the nicest person on staff that I talked to. Otherwise, I called the hostel to let them know I would be late checking in and the lady on the phone talked to me like I was stupid. Also another front desk lady seemed like it was too much to bother her for help. Other than that the facilities were clean and retro. Cool atmosphere.
