You have to leave a 5-pound-deposit for the key and for a towel they charge you 50p with another 5-pound-deposit. They didn't tell me that breakfast ended at 9am: I arrived at 9.05am and there was nothing left. They should end breakfast at 10am which is the usual ending hour. There are no lockers to leave your stuff. This hostel was great. It is a little bit of a walk from the central liverpool area, but only about 10 mins walk. The common room were great and the staff were very helpfull. Room was basic but very clean. I would definatly recommend this hostel and would stay again myself if in the area.This hostel was great. We were woken every hour since 4 am in the morning. A lack of respect of the night watchman with one aggressiveness on the verge of the violence. We decided not to stay in this dirty, noisy and bad welcoming pension. Furthermore, we were not paid off at night following. We will make a bad advertising(publicity) in France and somewhere else of your establishment. By hoping that you will improve your service to the customers? I had a great time at this Hostel. The people were really friendly. Showers were private, they even had a bathtubs! There was a sink in our bathroom which was great. And the kitchen downstairs was a good asset. This hostel had everything I needed. I just found that it was just a tad bit too far from everything... Other than the Liverpool Cathedral which is definitely worth checking out. I had a great time at this Hostel. The people were really friendly. Showers were private, they even had a bathtubs!
