I personally feel for the price, the water refill should be included. The bathroom, however, was the best in Nepal

Raju and his wife were very welcoming and hospitable, offering help and advice without being intrusive. The North Face Inn had plenty of character and was ideally located in a quiet side street just off central Lakeside's ammenities. Would happily stay there again.

The North Face Inn is wonderful! Raju and his family are very kind and the place is very well maintained. It's got great location to the main section of Lakeside, too. Wonderful place, highly recommended!

I traveled to Pokhara with my fiancée and her family (a total of 12 people), and we were all very impressed when we arrived at the North Face Inn. Raju was extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate our group. This trip was especially meaningful, because I proposed to my fiancée on a boat on Fewa Lake, just a short distance from the Inn. All in all, I can't imagine a better experience, and we will stay there again without any hesitation when we return to Pokhara!

Raju and his family showed us nothing but exceptional friendliness and helpfulness! I came with a group of five in total and we each had individual needs, which Raju met and helped us organize the our time so that we got the most out of our time in Pokhara. The accommodations surpassed our expectations above and beyond for what we had hoped for and for such an excellent value and price. Large rooms, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and location! Would recommend to everyone!

A wonderful guesthouse set in a perfect spot in Pokhara, far enough to enjoy a quiet stay and still just a few minutes walk from the busy main street. The hosts are a friendly family that are very welcoming, additionally he has a long experience in the mountains and can guide people that want to go trekking. It is both professional, cozy and clean... recommend it to everyone !!

We really enjoyed our time at the north face inn and would have stayed longer if possible. We liked it better than one of the hotels we stayed at the night before. The family is so friendly and always willing to help you out with anything you need. Nice size rooms and very clean. Wish we could have stayed for breakfast!

By far the best place we stayed in Nepal. Raju is the nicest guy you will meet and, in addition to not hassling you to take tours, he even saves you money by letting you know when other guests are visiting certain attractions so you can share a taxi fare. The most consistent hot shower in all Nepal and the only place to stay if I ever go back to Pokhara

The north face inn is very welcoming and the staff are immensely friendly. Also, the breakfast is delicious (try the banana pancakes)! I'll never forget my stay here, and I look forward to coming back next time I'm in Pokhara. The town of Pokhara, and the surrounding area is beautiful, but even so - my stay at the North Face Inn was one of the highlights of my visit! That is a rare, and wonderful thing.

The north Face Inn is a very lovely place in a quiet side lane of North Lakeside though ideally located. Very friendly and familiar atmosphere, clean and nice. I can definitely recommend the place and would go there again. Note, that the rates on Hostelworld are without breakfast, although under facilities "breakfast" ist ticked. But you can have breakfast and other food/beverages for a little extra money.

Very friendly staff and an excellent location. The room was a little more costly than necessary but everything else was spot on! Would recommend it to others!

Raju and his family hook it up!!! Very gracious hosts, full of warmth and integrity. Hope to return to Pokhara, and when I do, I will definitely be returning to the North Face.

A great option for Pokhara, good sized clean rooms, ours had views out to the mountains. Raju and his family are extremely friendly and genuine. When our bus was cancelled due to a strike, Raju went out of his way to book us on a flight to Kathmandu. Highly recommended.
