Great hostel. Worth the extra $$. Awesome location. We were only there a night but it seemed like they always had free activities and trips. 30 minutes of free internet per day too!!! Next time I'm in Cairns I'll stay here. Great hostel. Worth the extra $$. Awesome location. Huge rooms with sink and good sized fridge, small balcony on some rooms too.!!!! great staff, perfect location, not too loud yet still fun, best big hostel i have stayed in ever! It was a very good hostel, clean, nice mattresses and good bunks that were comfortable to sleep in. It was really nice to have a bathroom with shower in your dorm room. Also, there was a fridge and sink which was really great. Breakfast was fairly decent, better than most with a good selection of cereal and then also bread with jam/peanut butter/etc.It was a very good hostel, clean, nice mattresses and good bunks that were comfortable to sleep in. One of the best hostels I've stayed at, really nice place, modern, good facilities, love the "upper deck", nice place to hang out at. This hostel does not have the friendliest staff and no airport pick up after a certain time - 8pm and is one of the most expensive hostels in cairns - free breakfast is very early and not really that great but did enjoy the various activities they organise at a cost.
