Loved my stay at the nunnery. The people I met in my 8-bed mixed dorm were great! We had an ensuite bathroom which was great. The free breakfast was very good, too. Cereal, toast, coffee/tea. It was about a 15 minute walk into the main area of the city. I'd definitely stay here again. Huge common room with tv.

Great stay! Only there for one night but the bed was comfortable, the showers great and lots of hot water. Easy to get to on the 96 tram from the city.

The hostel was clean and calm - variety of fresh breads for breakfast was a nice touch. Didn't spend a lot of time in the hostel but was refreshing that staff did not try to push tours/activities as there were sufficient brochures/notices to promote such excursions - but if guests wished to participate it was clear that they would be accommodated.

Would recommend to friends. Loved the character and the price. Bathrooms and kitchen areas were spotless. Only one small complaint - they should change the mattresses or provide mattress protectors - looked a bit grubby!
