Our Guesthouse has been arranged with the budget conscious traveller in mind. Value for Money comes as standard,with that in mind we have provided everything you could possibly want for your short stay ! All bedrooms are 'private rooms' providing a good secure base for your stay in Liverpool.

We DO NOT accept Boozing Groups, Stag OR Hen Parties or the like. A peaceful environment is what we are about.

We are located 1.8 mile from city centre in a very safe residential neighbourhood and is very easy accessible via at least 6 buses from the top of the street.

The Old Dairy has a fully equipped kitchen with 24 hr complimentary tea and coffee; microwave oven, toasters & dishwasher.

Our dining room provides you with a selection of books & video library for your quiet nights or simply enjoy your mealtimes at the dining tables.

All of our bathrooms/ shower rooms & separate WC's are SHARED and 24 hour hot water in ALL

All of our guest bedrooms are provided with tea making facilities & complimentary tea & coffee on arrival & guest free information pack. Bed linen & towels are also provided with a weekly change service. All have TV/VCR, wash hand basins/vanity units, WIFI Internet connectivity is provided throughout the building with our compliments.

We don't impose any curfew so you can come and go as you please as each bedroom is provided with keys for all doors.

The Old Dairy has previously been described by guests as a 'hidden gem' as its in a very quiet, private & safe residential neighbourhood. There is a large courtyard for your enjoyment also.
The property also benefits full 24hr CCTV surveillance system.

We are Excellently located for city center as no less than 6 buses stop at the top of the road, approx 100mtrs from the front door, taking you directly into the city to : ALL major tourist attractions; theatres; restaurants;bars & clubs with a journey time of 10 minutes !!

The new Echo arena & conference center is also just a couple miles away and easy accessible via bus or walking.

With Liverpool & Everton FC stadiums only a short single bus journey on Number 26 bus,(which will stop right outside anfield stadium ), The Old Dairy is ideally located for those all important Match Days too!

Sometimes we can arrange for Liverpool and Everton FC home game tickets when available, and when given enough notice.

2pm - 8pm ( arrivals after 8pm must be approved by proprietor FIRST before making reservation, failure to do this may result in your reservation not being accepted by proprietors).

Guests booking more than 4 weeks in advance of arrival date will be CHARGED A NON REFUNDABLE 50% of the balance in advance. The remaining balance is then payable upon arrival at accommodation. Guests will be notified by email by proprietor of advance payments made.
If advance payment made there will be no further charge for a 'no'show' or late cancellation, however it is always courteous to advise proprietor of cancellation.
Please note: once you make a reservation through hostelworld and proprietors notified, your room is then reserved for you so becomes a confirmed booking.

The proprietor ALWAYS reserve the right to refuse ANY GUEST who may arrive and are considered to be under the influence of alcohol or are deemed to be a nuisance to other guests.
