We had a very good stay at this hostel. It's on a great location and for little money. We liked it! Only the showers could be better. The water stayed at your feet and was disgusting. Thanks guys!

I had money taken from the locked cupboard provided by the hostel. Reporting the theft to reception was a waste of time. The stay was good otherwise, but that left a very bitter impression.

We have some problems the first day with the lockers because the hostel didn´t have enough for all of us. But at night one of the recepcionist solved the problem and we were very thankful with her. I think that the recepcionists are one of the most important part of the hostel and if they are kind with the people, it improves the reputation of the place.

we boked a room in which we couldn't go. Instead of a 8 beds room we were in a "tube" room, that's mean a 12 beds room ... For the same price ...

The Location is really beautiful, the rooms are clean, the beds ARE THE BEST I EVER HAD IN A HOSTEL!!! Although it´s on Rynek, it is not noisy in the nights. Bedlinen are included and also very clean. The kitchen is clean & new, the bathrooms are OK. The Staff is really nice and patient (I tried it in polish).

there was one recepition girl, really but really unpolite, she was saying in polish, that she doesen]t like spanish people, that they are rude, but she was much worst that that, because there wasn]t any spanish in our group, just brazilian and polish, i think that even that she has one opinion like that, how she is working attending the public, she needs to keep her opinion to herself... someone like that u can lose a lot of guest... thats was really bad her behaivor...

The hostel was great, the staff were really friendly and the location was right in the middle of town so we didn't have to go that far to see all the sites. I would definitely come again if i am in Wroclaw.

The hostel can't be better. The location is simply perfect, it is situated in the main downtown square of wroclaw from where you can visit all the monuments and hang out very near. The beds were so confortables and the room was clean and spacious. There was free and fast internet. The bathroom were also clean and there were enough showers for everybody. In the first floor there was a kitchen, a dining room, and a internet room. In conclusion it's a perfect and cheap choice.

Great place to be, clean and nice, exellent location, good bed, wifi and computer avalible, nice personal, good value for money.

Good hostel! Couldn't be located any better - At the Rynek and "face to face" with town hall --> Excellent point to start discovering the Old Town and surroundings (close to stations Swidnicka and Rynek). Clean rooms, comfortable beds - also bathroom and kitchen. If I got back to Wroclaw, I'd book here again - It was worth the money!

I was pleasantly surprised by The One hostel. It is definately the cleanest hostel that I have ever stayed at. Location is unbeatable. Rooms were a bit bare with no real character, but very comfortable.

The best choice ever! It was recommended to me by a friend of mine. It was so cleen, perfect bathrooms, confortable room and bed. It is also placed in the very center of Wroclaw. And all this was very cheap.

Like the last time, everything went great! the hostel is very comfortable, very quiet and clean. Great facilities and in excellent location. Nothing negative to point.

Hostel has a perfect location (directly opposite to the Townhall). The staff were really nice to us except one of them. She was too rude to me and was grouchy. I was waiting that employee in the night 20 min in front of the door to open the door and let me come inside (this happend 2 times). Otherweise the hostel was very cheap as it is good. So i suggest it anyway.
