Masa-san is so very helpful, comfortable, and welcoming! Being at Otarunai Backpacker's felt like being at a home that we belonged to.

The hostel is just like home. The staff is very enthusatic and helpful although the location of the hostel is a bit difficult to find. I think I will stay there once more if I will go to Otaru again.
