Latest Review
I nice place with very helpful staff, but a little difficult to find if you\'re driving a car without GPS. However the staff (shout out to Josh!) are great about helping you get there. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are air conditioned. Location is ideal. Old San Juan is just a 10 minute, 50-cent bus ride away. Only stayed for one night, but would definitely book here again if heading back to San Juan.

This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 12 noon. We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Payment is due upon arrival in cash only, please. We have a zero-tolerance drug policy. Sorry, the Palace Hostel is not equipped to handle wheelchairs or guests who are handicapped.
