Where do I start. Like a student house - expect loud music, shouting and banging at all times of night. Most residents seemed like long termers, and the staff were never visible, security was bad - anyone could wander in or get the master key, though everybody in our 10 bed dorm left our door open all the time. The kitchen was spacious but not many hobs worked and there was insufficient cutlery, plates, and saucepans. It was a mess and didn't see a proper cleaner, would never stay here again.
