I am still trying to get in touch with you to complain about your treatment of me during my stay in Sydney. You lost my booking for this hostel, and sent me first to one, then another terrible hostel. I expect you to refund at least part of my stay. Even if you continue to ignore me, this won't make the problem go away. This complaint is directed mainly at Hostelworld, although it was The Palms that 'recommended' these two other far-below-par hostels.

Hostel is very well located, around 15 minutes walk to city centre. If you are looking for loads of fun and meeting new people then this would be your pick but if you want to have a quiet place to crash then you would want to stay elsewhere.

Thanks for the nice time with Dan and Bandit. Unfortunately we had very loud roommates.Although we know how it is going to be in a 10bed dorm it was hard to sleep in there.
