Great value. Nice beds. Place was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was only available on the street but we had no issues. It's located above a local pub. We had a great time meeting the locals in the pub downstairs. The shared kitchen was also nice but a bit messy.

Really friendly staff and nice, clean place with good showers! Location is a bus ride or approx 45 minute walk into the city, but the bus is super cheap (£3 for a day rider) and bus stops right outside, and the walk is pretty past a nearby park - the location suited us well, but it's worth noting that it isn't in the City centre. Would recommend it :)

It is located a bit far out from the city centre (30mins walk approx.) but it has many amenities nearby and with good connections via public transport. Kitchen and lounge area are well-equipped and very modern/new. Suitable for people who are already familiar with the city and prefer quieter locations.

Our stay was fine, although we did not get any breakfast as there was nothing left. Other than that it was fine.

Friendly, welcoming and of all the years I have been going to Belfast I found a gem of a place that I will be staying there again. the staff were brilliant and it was only 5 mins from the city center by taxi, the room was fresh and clean and very comfortable.
