So we arrived and were walked up to our room through the smells of Cigarets, then stail beer, and finally some weirdd perfume akin to urinal cakes, we had no hot water for the first 24 hours and was not fixed until the 2nd time we spoke to the staff. There is a shower in the room which causes the room to become quite damp. There is also the problem of the disco downstairs which you can here on Thursday-Saturday.

I felt hitchy after staying an hour in the room (on the bed) watching telly. I was even worse during the night. Allergy to I don't know what but it had never happened to me in other places. That will leave a bad memory, but overall it was grand! I was on the last floor so didn't hear the music downstairs too much. Nobody to help at breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought the room was generally shabby soggy and chilly. The shower being placed in the room would contribute to the sogginess. As a quick fix I would stay at the Parador but I was pleased to get out of there the next day.

We cannot say enough nice things about Peter because he treated us like family. He sincerely wanted to accommodate our every need: directions, parking, restaurants to try, must sees in Belfast, including pubs, transportation, and even some history lessons! The staff in the pub was helpful and friendly, too!

Absolutely everything was marvellous, the only thing I think they need are privates toilets for each room.
