really fun place to stay during the full moon - right next to Drop In Bar, so it is not quiet, but if you go out for the parties it is not a problem. 1 free bucket every night gets the whole dorm together for pre-drinking games and fun. good, fun place to stay for the full-moon party... book the dorms!

During the Full Moon party there is lack of sleep, lack of brain activity, lack of almost everything but free toast, complimentary buckets at 9pm and a lovely Scottish host make for an amazing time. Sleep in the morning and try and get a spot in the dorm.

Hostel is really a party hostel and does it great! 5 meter away from the beach. Look further if you look for a great time! The staff is only composed of Gail, awesome girl who will do everything for you and even what you are not asking for :) She keeps the hostel running alone so some few hours she has to go home sleep but when she is back she is worth 5 awesome staff. I recommend the hostel for people who party till 10 each day OR have no issue sleeping with noise.

I have mixed feelings about this place, we had fun, the staff were wonderful but the hostel was terrible & needs work! Bathroom door didn't shut or lock & a blocked drain made it flood. Our private room was a hot box, the windows opened onto 3 nighclubs that played music between 7pm & 7am, so no sleep, & our light didn't work most of the time. The dorm was the only room with air con & fans can only do so much!! If you decide to stay DO NOT BOOK A PRIVATE ROOM, we wished we had booked the dorm!

Stayed here for FMP. The hostel does a great job of getting everybody to know each other (except we had a group of Icelandics who refused to socialize and speak English around us!). The manager despite being really friendly and nice is a bit strict with bringing your own alcohol in which was the only bad thing. Dorms are super clean and airconditioned which is a super relief! Had a great time here!

This is one of the best hostels i ever stayed at, free bucket of vodka every night even after the Full Moon Party, meet some amzing people at this hostel for the full moon of February 2012, simply amazing, Gail the host was so great at everything she did for us, never met a nicer host. Free toast as well, good with jam ;). Will defo be coming back here next year for the Full Moon Party withe most of the crew that i met here the first time :), miss the place like. I felt very comfortable staying there. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. The hostel was located within reach of everything we needed plus more and i would love to stay there again when we return. Thank you.

Don't be fooled> if you dont like loud music all night, this is not the place for you however if you are a party animal here to have the biggest and best jam possible then look no further. the hostel is located 5 foot steps from the fullmoon party beach and is right next to one of the better clubs on haadrin beach "drop in bar" the Staff Gail and Diaw are absolute legends. for those looking for quieter accomadation e-mail gail and ask her to set you up at one of several sister hotels.

Amazing hostel!!!!! gail and deon do everything they can to make your staya amazing!!!! the location is perfect only a 10 second walk from the fullmoon party!!! atmosphere is also great!!! if you want a great time in ko phangyan come here

This is the place to stay if you want to party all night long! Gail was fantastic and went to extra special trouble to take care of all of us when we partied a little too hard. She pointed out all the best places to eat or hang out depending on our preferences and she made a real effort to make sure that everbody at the hostel got to know each other. Our time at the full moon party was definitely better because of her!

Great hostel, and great location for the full moon party! It is clean, the staff is very friendly and Gail (the woman who runs the hostel) was so helpful booking travel and safety tips in Koh Phagnan. Only advice: bring a blanket. The AC gets pretty cold and you only get a loose sheet.
